Lubbock, TX venue guide
Check the United Supermarkets Arena bag policy with an official source, then plan your entrances, parking, and dining in Lubbock, TX. Confirm event-specific entry rules before you go.
Bag policy
A clear-bag policy applies for most events (athletics, commencement, concerts, and other ticketed shows as designated): clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon clear freezer bags, and small clutch bags roughly hand-sized. Medically necessary items are excepted after inspection. Larger purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, and similar non-clear bags are prohibited; there is no bag storage.
Entrances
All guests are subject to visual inspection and walk-through security screening; refusal means denied entry. Door times vary by event (often about one hour before basketball tip-off, and about 1 to 1.5 hours before many special events). Guests needing elevators should use west-side elevator entrances. Re-entry is prohibited. Event tickets may recommend the closest entrance to seats.

The arena's parking and A-Z pages emphasize driving and event-specific parking; they do not publish fixed-route city bus line names. For men's basketball, a free shuttle from the S1 lot at John Walker Soccer Complex is described when that plan is in effect; other events may or may not have shuttle service (confirm with the arena office).
