Bag policy

Only clear bags up to 12 x 18 x 6 inches are allowed, and all other bags, purses, backpacks, and coolers are prohibited; medical bags must be declared at entry. Outside food and drink, cameras and any audio or video recording, weapons, umbrellas, glass, cans, water bottles, signs, wagons, and stools are also banned, and bicycles must be left at the front gate.

Entrances

The venue sits inside the Bridges development at 9 Old Whitmore Avenue off South Jefferson Street near Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and guests enter through the front gate. Re-entry is generally not allowed except under the severe weather plan.
