Bag policy

Clutch or wallet-style bags smaller than 4x6x1.5 inches only; contactless screening. No metal or chain-style straps (must clear walk-through metal detectors). Bags must fit under the seat. Hard-sided bags, camera bags, and backpacks are not permitted. NHL safety page also lists purses, totes, clear bags, and fanny packs as not permitted. Exceptions: medical-device bags and childcare/diaper bags — those guests enter at Gate 3 (Palladium Dr. and Huntmar Dr., parking lots 3 and 4) for screening/X-ray. Onsite bag/coat check not available. Empty refillable water bottles allowed (filling stations throughout). Prohibited: outside food/beverages, bottles/cans, coolers, sticks/flagpoles, aerosol, fireworks, skateboards/inline/roller skates, illegal drugs, helium balloons, horns/noisemakers, frisbees/beach balls, lasers, umbrellas, spiked jewelry, weapons, plus event/promoter extras. Gates and entrances

• 1000 Palladium Drive, Ottawa, ON K2V 1A4. Public gates 1, 2 and 3 with frictionless scanners (no emptying pockets); approved bags still X-rayed. Box Office at the east main entrance, Gate 1 — opens 2 hours before hockey, 2 hours before concert show time; closed non-event days. Doors: Senators games 2 hours before puck drop; other events 60 minutes before unless stated. Strict no re-admission. Mobile tickets only. Guest Services + first aid behind Section 201 on the Main Concourse; Guest Services booth also described on 200 Level at Gate 1. Concierge desks at Gates 2 and 3 for suite/club holders. Drop-off: Frank Finnigan Way in front of Gate 1. Taxi/Uber pick-up at Gate 1 (phones at exit doors). Shirts and shoes required. Accessibility

Accessible seats via Ticketmaster 'Show accessible tickets' filter; single or pairs up to four (person + companions), subject to event ticket caps. Floor accessible seats are not on a riser (possible obstructed view); portable chairs for fans not using a wheelchair. Accessible parking Lot A (southeast) with government hang tag. Elevators at Gates 2 and 3. All restrooms on all levels accessible; private unisex restrooms on the 300 level. Wheelchair escorts from all gates (transport to/from seat only — chairs not kept during the event); storage via Guest Services 613-599-0122 or booth at 200 Level Gate 1. Para Transpo drop-off/pick-up at Gate 3 (south side). KultureCity sensory bags (sunglasses, earmuffs, fidgets, wipes) free at Guest Services 200 Level Gate 1; quiet areas at Gate 2, Gate 3, and behind Guest Services outside 201.
