Bags exceeding 13 x 13 x 13 inches and oversized backpacks are prohibited. Bag checks and hand-held metal detectors may be used at select concerts/special events. Other prohibited items include outside food and beverages; cans/bottles/coolers; vape/e-cig; wallet chains or sharp-spiked jewelry; video/audio recording gear; professional cameras, GoPros, tripods/monopods, selfie sticks; fireworks/pyro/aerosol/silly string; handcuffs, utility knives, mace, pepper spray; inflatables; large umbrellas; laser pens, glow sticks, candles; pets except service dogs; bikes/scooters/skateboards/Segways; noise-makers. No re-entry. Smoke-free including vape.

102 Church St., Ottumwa, IA 52501. Main public entrance is at the north end of the south parking lot. FAQ: doors generally open one hour before show time. No re-entry. ATM just inside the front doors. Administrative/ticket office Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm; event-day selling typically two hours before showtime. Ticketmaster building. (641) 684-7000.
